                     EZESHIP STOOL! WHY THIS RIFTS!!

FELLOW OKOLOCHIANS,

 INTRODUCTION: - My names are Chukwuemeka George [d.th], son of Honorable Innocent Ahamefula Okere, illustrious son of Okolochi, foremost Super Counselor, Community leader and philanthropist etc. I recognize our immediate past Eze, His royal highness Eze F.I.N.O Nwabiri Ezeriohama 1 of the Okolochi Autonomous Community who joined his ancestors over a year ago, Let me also acknowledge my very good friend, great father, defender and mouth piece of the entire Okolochi people and the most indefectible fighter against injustice, Corruption and Misrule, Rt. Hon. Innocent Ahamefula Okere who also joined his ancestors some years back [May their gentle soul rest in perfect peace Amen!].

 My fellow citizens, we have come a long way, so it will only be proper for us to strive to do things right to prove that the labors of our noble heroes in the past on our behalf were not in vain. In the cause of finding a replacement for our late Eze several documents has been in circulation, worthy of mention is a purportedly written and submitted memorandum to the Imo state panel of inquiry on autonomous communities by our late Eze, and a draft constitution for Ezeship selection by the Okolochi community development union [Ocdu].  

Incidentally, these documents as expected have left trails of reactions and bad blood is being generated already.

History:- As said, it is difficult to accomplish anything  of real value in this life unless you have positive interaction and  relationships, also a person can only achieve their potential greatness through relationships with others. Putting these facts into perspective only supports this argument by social scholars that nearly everything we do can be done better if we team up with a coach [Mentor].

The questions herein are who is our coach [Mentor] or who supposed to be our coach and how or where do we locate them. Sincere answer to these probing questions will determine our seriousness of achieving our expected end because it is only in effective partnering with the coach [Mentor] or a coach [Mentor] that talent is recognized, developed and blended into effective use, just as the saying has it that “HE WHO KNOWS OTHERS IS WISE AND HE WHO KNOWS HIMSELF IS ENLIGHTENED”-lao tzo.  

What seems to be wrong in the documents of the OCDU and the purported Eze’s Memoranda is the lack of clear correlation between the two and our forefathers given tradition and culture, whereas this tradition and culture is the coach or Mentor in reference herein.

Okolochi as an Autonomous community has been in existence for over 500 years and surely do have a unique way of Managing/administering self but the two documents in mention herein are suggesting otherwise. The question is where has our tradition and culture gone to, what is the traditional role of ONYE ISHI ALA-head of the land, ONYE ISHI OTAMIRE high priest of the land, OHA NA IKORO-head of heads of our various ruling houses in council, NDE ISHI OWE-heads of compounds, NDI MGBONO-village medians, and NDE NWANWA etc. in the administration and management of the land and in the making of a new Eze, at what point do we draw the curtain for another to open. The process of selecting  a new Eze will determine the kind of respect it deserve so the process should be sacred enough to create such feeling as we may wish it to remain both in the mind of the people and in their sight and in the sight of GOD. Anything near or about to go the popular Morris Iwu/ Professor Jega political way of doing will only create bad blood and instability in the community.

The two committees that dropped the herein mentioned documents failed to understand or where out rightly not well briefed about what the duty of a transactional and not transitional committee is expected to do if not to work through creating and adopting clear structures, that will be clearly enough in line with what is obtainable aforetime.

Even if what the two committees were given to actualize as term of references was to completely jettison our existing way of doing things traditionally, it should not have been the way they went about it.  Installation of a number one citizen traditionally anywhere around the world can never and will never be the business of all and sundry.

OUR NOW CHALLENGE: - As true children of Okolochi, we must listen to the voice of our fore -fathers, make amend in some cases and adopt in some other cases hook, line and sinker. By this I mean that we must settle all outstanding issues that bother on our tradition and culture, Bible standard is that we removed one Clooney of spirit and replaced it with another or else the former will regroup and return much more in their numbers than they were initially. We want to redefined or redirect or reassign properly the role or duties of ONYE ISHI ALA which recently I leant has been dangerously tampered even without due consent of the OHA-NA-EZE  Okolochi , ONYE ISHI OTAMIRI which we already know that the custodian in the person of Ndaa- Ogo-oma is long gone to meet with his ancestors, we want to see to the stability of the oha na ikoro given the important role they play or will have to play in Ezeship installation, we want to specify the role of Okolochi community development union[Ocdu] including membership status, we want to stabilize the youth giving the fact that they represent our true image both in the inside and on the outside.

This is what should dominate our 2016 conference unless if otherwise, someone or some people really do have some personal or hidden agenda[s] that is aimed at massaging their personal ego for self-aggrandizement, even our late Eze; His Royal Highness Eze F.I.N.O Nwaberi-the Eze ri oha nma 1 of Okolochi Autonomous community- Owerri West Charged me on oath sealed with prayers with my knees on ground in the presence of Pastor Emma who is a youth leader in Umuejimola  [Otaabli] and the Primate of Sabbath mission Okolochi in reference to Apostle Charles Obichere to go get Rev. Dr. Uma Ukpai of the Assembles of Gods Church to liberate Okolochi as according to him without a well doctored spiritual rebirth in the land nothing will move forward then and in the time to come and is evident that his prophesy is already a reality giving the kind of drum we are now beating.

Incidentally nobody seems to care about this all important observation raised by our great visionary leader. By our traditional hierarchy EZE is number one followed by Onye ishi ala and then Onye Ishi Otamiri-the high priest of the land whose office is highly exalted and Revered by all including the Office of the Eze.[The administration of the land revolves partially around these three] follow by Oha-na –Ikoro, Titled men like Chiefs/Nze’s, Ocdu and the youth. So one begins to wonder how and why somebody or group[s] will want to allow themselves to be used to brutally bastardy’s our noble fore fathers given way of administering our land.

A people’s way of life speaks for them, and a people’s way of life is not just there meaning that it is as the people have made it. We must define our game before inviting players in. Are we are transforming, reforming or creating a new complete order; this is what Ocdu and Eze’s purported document is not clear about whereas what the Eze told me in witness is a new paradigm shift in the order of Jesus Christ. If we claim ignorant of existing facts we risk being consumed by the strength of its consequences.   

According to history the name Okolochi is derived from the names of our foremost father and son of the town, namely Ochi and Okolo. Whereas Ochi begat Okolo it became as given unto the son to bore his father’s name as a mark of distinction and identification ,there after Okolo the son of ochi begat Echekwuru, Oyoko, Iwuala, Chieze, Ejimola  and the expansion continues and continued but something as important as the name came up which is character personification and preservation.

 Ochi had reasoned and thought it over and over how they could document or preserve their personality/ threat for the knowledge and understanding of their generations [you and me] to come even in the face of total lack or inadequate storage facilities like motion and still image converters.

This idea gave rise to the choice of picking any animal or reptile likened to their character content or behavioral tendencies and dwelling amongst them and most likely not easily extent over time and two types of Snakes were chosen namely EKE i.e.

Python and BLACK VIPER i.e. EJU, the reason being for the known fact that snakes has been proven over time to be one of the longest living creatures in history.

While EKE represented the character personification of the father, Eju represented the youthful tendencies of the son.  As result of this, every okolochi indigene revered EKE, and considers any or group who kills it as enemy of the entire kingdom. The appearance of EJU at any particular point in time may be considered as an abrasion, a sign of a strong man passing on or strong thing to happen or that had taken place.

On the other hand the appearance of EKE in any of the family members of Okolochi’s home or in a strategic places like market places, multi-purpose houses etc calls for spiritual enquiry as it is seen  and perceived as the father having some things to say for or against at that material time, however the Christians community considers this value and practice as  idol worship and wherein the custodians as of today lacked

in-depth knowledge and story line of what the practice is all about, had given more sure support to the opposite augment wherefore worshiping these reptile theory dominates and out weighs its original place in history. We need to as a people rediscover ourselves and this can only work out if we shun greed and unpatriotic acts by calling a spade a spade and not some kind of agricultural instrument. Those who believe that Ezeship stool is exceptionally for the haves must do a rethink because our late Eze was not rich at the time of his selection but would have passed as one of the richest within save his faith and style of leadership, My bible tells me that money is a defense as well as wisdom and King Solomon had both of them and in fact he had wisdom before money so we can now see that money as a criteria for Ezeship stool may back fire and everybody suffers it and GOD forbids. Our Eze to be maybe rich, average or poor but has those qualities Okolochians believe that as of  today those qualities are what they needed to pursue their destiny purpose as a people and of cause wealth & riches will naturally join in its time.

My solemn advice is that we slowed down and adopt the pain of discipline other than the pain of sorrow. Spending some good years/money/time/materials and even human resources in the court of arbitration and spending some one year in preparation to sail into our new Okolochi with her brand new Eze [IHU OCHI], brand new onye-ishi ala [OKE OSISI OCHI], brand new, Onye-Isi ntu aja [EBUBE OCHI], and others would be worth waiting for and a delight to behold. All sensitive court cases should be withdrawn unconditionally; all very sensitive traditional institutions should be seen to be in place and working.

Am sure GODs willing if we use the incoming 2017 to fix our Okolochi, the first quarter of 2018 would be good to go for the EZE selection and coronation, What must be must goanna be for as long as GOD Liveth! The two main stream parties in this Ezeship struggle i.e. The OCDU and The remnant of the immediate past Eze’s Cabinet and their timing supporters must shift their sword, come to the round table and embrace peace, knowing fully well that statutorily it is not in their places and has never been anywhere in Igbo land that they played such role on individual capacity to achieve the enthronement of an Eze in council.

No one should mistake the quietness of EKE and the fierceness of EJU as signs of weakness or rascality. Let us join hands together to chase away the hawk and blame the loitering Chicken later. The Almighty GOD of OCHI will not spear any or group who decides to hold her people to ransom, let us be careful and be warned as well!

 Let us pray, heavenly father we thank you for letting us into your presence once again. We know that the entrance of your word brings about the needed change in t our lives; we therefore ask that you released into this arena your host of angels to guide us all through. This and more we ask for through Jesus Christ our lord- Amen. 9 And I said, what you are doing is not good: is it not the more necessary for you to go in the fear of our God, because of the shame which the nations may put on us? Neh 5:9 (BBE). The word success is subjective but in relative term it is fixed, many people pursue success but that success which they pursue is it in line with the mind of God? that armed robber who returned safely after the days outing claims success as well as that hard working fellow who got promoted on account of efforts put at work. Success therefore can also be accepted to mean” The end satisfaction of an accomplished desire or purpose”, accepting these postulations can also means that success may be seen in a progressive progression format, that is to say that: - 1] IT REQUIRES PLANNING, 2] IT REQUIRES DEVELOPING, 3]IT REQUIRES FINISHING.  30 saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. 31 Or what king, as he goeth to encounter another king in war, will not sit down first and take counsel whether he is able with ten thousand 2 meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?

Luke 14:30-32 (ASV) Every structure that will stand the test of the time must require planning; here the vision [STRUCTURAL PLAN] of the structure is made available to the builder who takes an empirical look at the size, texture and the cost implication, thereafter proceeds to site inspection and finally assembling of material and Men, followed by the actual building and then finishing. These steps without preference for or against any of the steps afore mentioned earlier are very important, whereas  it is the desire of everybody to succeed yet success unfortunately remains the pleasure ride of the few who are able to decode it’s secret . Success does not necessarily depend on individual sentiments aforetime e.g. ones back ground, color or race rather it is a desire that is backed up with commitment, humility, diligent and hard work with team spirit. These virtues must be seen working before success is said to have been achieved. Therefore a not just flyer must seek and possess the following under listed virtues.
HUMILITY: - A prospective higher flayer must endeavor to be humble; this is because humility is the censor of success. No one will ever or has ever made it to the top without humility, pride is emptiness, and it is arrogance, unreachability, and it is indiscipline of the wildest order. 7 He told a parable to those who were invited, when He noticed how they would choose the best places for themselves:
8 “When you are invited by someone to a wedding banquet, don’t recline at the best place, because a more distinguished person than you may have been invited by your host.  9 The one who invited both of you may come and say to you, ‘Give your place to this man,’ and then in humiliation, you will proceed to take the lowest place.  10 “But when you are invited, go and recline in the lowest place, so that when the one who invited you comes, he will say to you, ‘Friend, move up higher.’ You will then be honored in the presence of all the other guests.  11 For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and the one who humbles himself will be exalted.”  12 He also said to the one who had invited Him, “When you give a lunch or a dinner, don’t invite your friends, your brothers, your relatives, or your rich neighbors, because they might invite you back, and you would be repaid.  13 On the contrary, when you host a banquet, invite those who are poor, maimed, lame, or blind.  14 And you will be blessed, of strength
Luke 14:7-14 (HCSB) The book of Philippians chapter 2:23 further had this to say about humility 23 Him then I am hoping to send as quickly as possible, when I am able to see how things will go for me: Phil 2:23 (BBE) a humble people is the delight of all, both in the office place, home front and elsewhere. He not only attracts favor, he attracts the interest of all and because he attracts the interest of all makes him become the most likely to be sent because they cannot repay you; for you will be repaid at the resurrection of the righteous.” Humility is by real standard a placement of others above self, one who humbles self before others is not a sign of weakness.  It is not also a sign of foolishness rather it is a sign of Strength/maturity.

GOD FEARING: - GOD FEARING is simply doing or refusing to do those things you cannot do unto yourself to another either in the secret or in the open, the demand of time may sound convincing but the question remains on what the outcome will become if I do or refuses to do what the demand of the time asked me to bring to the table.  I made my brother Hanani, and Hananiah, the ruler of the tower, responsible for the government of Jerusalem: for he was a man of good faith, fearing God more than most. Neh 7:2 (BBE). Men will always identify with a GOD fearing nation, individual or group. This is so because human being generally lays trust on that individual who looks up to others in humility and with respect.
 People with such disposition of character are most likely to be trusted and relied upon. Take for instance a spinster who is eagerly waiting for a hand in Marriage should not even contemplate living alone; it is even more preferable that she lived with her parents. The opinion of over 85% of Men on spinsters who reside alone suggests that such ladies wayward, loose and unmarriageable whereas this view may not be so true but it has become a belief that has come to stay. Humility is submission personified; in it you find obedience, trust and commitment.

3. HARD WORK: - 23 In all labor there is profit; But the talk of the lips tendeth only to penury.  Prov 14:23 (ASV). Most people share in this thought that hard work[ing] means getting busy all through the day and retiring into the night, but working hard entails much more than that, for a genuine success to be recorded through hard work, purpose, and time must be focused at. One wise brother in our church sometime who was not even a higher collage graduate designed a working format which others in the business fellowship replicated. A fellow brother in church give him a three wheeler motor [keke] to ride on a one year and three months higher purchase arrangement, realizing the fact that this KEKE will become his property after he must have completed the letters of the agreement necessitated him to come up with the best arrangement that will guarantee the life of the keke and at the same time service his agreed loan.1. First thing he did was to go for the most lucrative root in the area 2.He studied the traffic in the area and his findings indicated that traffic picks up as early as 4am up to 9:30 am, probably about the time workers\food vendors, students, business men, and women leave home to their various pleases of work only to pick again between 2:30pm up 9:30 to 10pm.
 So he followed the tide and the end result became that he completed his deed of agreement within time and yet preserved the life of his keke and he never faulted not even for one day. Hard work without purpose is like a pilot flying an airplane without a compass, when hard work is channeled towards accomplishing a purpose then it can be said to be meaningful.

4. TEAM SPIRIT: - 23 With you I will smash the shepherd and his flock; with you I will smash the farmer his ox–team. With you I will smash governors and officials.
Jer 51:23 (HCSB) One outstanding quality of a higher flyer is team spirit, he believes in responsibility sharing. Team spirit means to be endowed with the single grace of possessing the ability to do different things with different people at the same time in one or several places for the purpose of achieving or accomplishing one set objective. No one is an island; you cannot record success if you do not belong to a team. Team does not just come to stay; they are created by men for a reason and to a season. The day a vision is handed over, that’s the day vision supporters are appointed e.g. Paul encountered Jesus Christ on his way to Damascus wherein he was struck with blindness
2 and asked of him letters to Damascus unto the synagogues, that if he found any that were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
3 And as he journeyed, it came to pass that he drew nigh unto Damascus: and suddenly there soon round about him a light out of heaven: 4 and he fell upon the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutes: 6 but rise, and enter into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do. 7 And the men that journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing the voice, but beholding no man. 8 And Saul arose from the earth; and when his eyes were opened, he saw nothing; and they led him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus. 9 And he was three days without sight, and did neither eat nor drink.  10 Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and the Lord said unto him in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. 11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go to the street which is called Straight, and inquire in the house of Judas for one named Saul, a man of Tarsus: for behold, he prayeth; 12 and he hath seen a man named Ananias coming in, and laying  Acts 9:1-12 (ASV).  You cannot develop or acquire the grace of team spirit if you were not divinely connected from the above. This is because a term spirited person is patient, kind, loving, tolerating and accommodating. Wherever and whenever, a team spirited person is always in higher demand.

5. KINDNESS: - 14 But have me in thy remembrance when it shall be well with thee, and show kindness, I pray thee, unto me, and make mention of me unto Pharaoh, and bring me out of this house .Gen 40:13-14 (ASV) The opposite of kindness is wickedness and that includes being mischievous, bad, full of iniquity, evil and chickening. This is how unacceptable it could be to associate or causes to accept an unkind person to function amongst a selected team that is aspiring to succeed; earlier on we agreed that success will become unachievable if it is centered upon an individual. A higher flyer knows to this extent, the daughter of Evangelist booth was passing by when she sighted a dirty haggard wounded young woman sitting in the midst of garbage with flies allover her body. She alerted from her car and began the business of cleaning up the woman; one passerby saw her and remarked that what she was doing was disgusting and that she cannot do same thing for a thousand dollars and evangelist booth’s daughter shouted back at her with a reply “ME TOO”. Being kind is good for the advancement of one’s success. We don’t see it as an option; it is the only way because it is the oil that lubricates success lines. Kindness begets kindness; when joseph had the privilege of interpreting a fellow inmates dream he did not hesitate to answer the call because he understands the value chain. So he arose to the butler’s challenge and  made him proud,  keeping him in remind to remember him when he gets back into his former position in the palace was a mere reassurance to the butler that the interpretation he gave about the dream was not to be doubted.
Joseph was not seeking any immediate material reward unlike some of us today in cassock who would have seen this offer as the needed opportunity to make heavy demand in cash and materials and the end result was that his name naturally surfaced as at the time it pleased GOD.

6. PATIENT:- Is enduring, being persistent, persevering, easy going, long-suffering, uncomplaining, good natured, tolerant and etc. 8 Better is the end of a thing than the beginning thereof; and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. Eccl 7:7-8 (ASV) In the good thought-out words of the iconic father of Electric bulb ‘‘Thomas Alva Edison’’ Many life failures are people who did not realize how close to success they were when they gave up. According to experts it takes an Airplane not less than three hours before tasking in for a takeoff. It takes patient to sow; it also takes patient to harvest. That explains the importance of waiting, while waiting some has missed that plane that may‘ve sent them to their untimely death as it went crashing. A would be mother who shall not be willing to endure for Nine months or even some times with a plus and including labor should not bother at all, a higher flyer aspirant must submit to leadership and management over and above them. They must be innovative and teachable, not giving to warmongering, murmuring and disobedience, that’s the way to becoming a higher flyer. If you cannot follow then you cannot be followed, if you face the band for so long then nothing will stop you from becoming a band leader, even as it is truly added to say that it is only those who listen that will be listened to at the end of the day. Have you bothered to wonder why a more than one crab will forever not be able escape from a not too deep uncovered hole; it is simply lack of patient and team spirit. Every one of them wants to get out before others, no one is patient and that is why it is widely said that Impatient is not being sure of purpose, it is panicking and it is insecurity and it is the leading course of nose-diving in altitude flying.
7. CONFIDENT: - Is cool, is being sure of one’s self, is also being buoyant and positive. A people of confident fears nothing but only shows Maximum respect and regard to everything and everyone that comes their way. The secret of confident is truth, when your ways are true with GOD confident is assured. 14 and that most of the brethren in the Lord, being confident through my bonds, are more abundantly bold to speak the word of God without fear Phil 1:14 (ASV). Flying at all or flying higher is the direct consequences of the choices we make; there is no condemnation in Christ. One’s limitation is also dependent upon the faith we profess. If we live rightly, work rightly, and submit our all to HIM, HE will be there to direct our steps to a higher flying altitude than we ever envisaged. Those who get to the knowledge of this are indeed flying higher, you cannot gain confidence through envying others, and you cannot also gain confidence through comparing your spouses/associates with others. You must discover and become your true self by working/developing your passion, and I mean that which you love doing even not for a prize. Being your self is everything that you needed to be in Oder to excel, it is confident, it is commitment, and it is dependability.
When a person is said to be dependable it means that such person is reliable, it also means that such person is trusted and if trusted means that he can have followers. TOPIC: - THE YOU AS JESUS CHRIST.
TEXT GUIDE: - JHN. CHPT. 14, 2Chron.31:21, Matt.4:18-22,
Let us pray. Dear lord we thank you for yet another episode of your word. We ask that your spirit indwell in us throughout, let me never be seen but JESUS CHIST, I will not be heard but Holy Spirit, at the end let only your name be glorified in  JESUS MIGHT NAME WE PRAY- AMEN!.   He was diligent in every deed that he began in the service of God’s temple, in the law and in the commandment, in order to seek his God, and he prospered. 2 Chron 31:21 (HCSB).
 There are four Major VIRTUES a leader for leadership must posse in which without leadership management and administration becomes a mere excises in futility. These four virtues are HONESTY, PATIENCE, COMMITMENT AND MEEKNESS. Once these four are present in the stay of any leadership success is sure as guaranteed. Jesus Christ had a vision to change the mindset of the entire people of the world and the world itself,  18 And Jesus, walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea: for they were fishers. 19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men. 20 And they straightway left their nets, and followed him. 21 And going on from thence, he saw other two brethren, James the son of Zebedee, and John his brother, in a ship with Zebedee their father, mending their nets; and he called them. 22 And they immediately left the ship and their father, and followed him. Matt 4:18-22 (KJV)
 HE knew that HE cannot achieve this feat alone without the assistance of not just anybody but some selected few from amongst the many who are in the first instance willing not minding their present mind content or vocational inclination to work with HIM, HE also knew that HE was not going to embark on this exercise with multitude of men. HE knew HIS capacity in terms of availability of resources, personnel managerial skills and control ability, including other exigencies of the time, HE also knew specifically what JOB these people will do directly so HE settled for a random selection method of skilled and willing people in their own rights and targeting a unique even number of TWELVE [12] in other to make room for a more robust intake of ideas and contributions without distorting or undermining his headship and supremacy over and above all of them as would be disciples. HE never went for mere men, rather he chooses from a people who were already busy as was in the case of peter, Andrew, James and John and others why because Jesus Christ knew that leadership is serious business.1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. HONESTY, PATIENCE, COMMITMENT AND MEEKNESS are not automatically activated, they are in the acquiring through active participation. The disciples of JESUS CHRIST never knew HIS back ground well enough, not even that long time they had spent with HIM as evidenced by the probing questions raised in verses 5, and 8 of the Chapter Jhn.14 by Apostles Thomas and Philip respectively & later Judas. This is where the work begins, a leader in leadership must come to the full realization of the fact that her followers can never cooperate maximally with him unless they understood fully what the vision and mission of his purpose in leadership was or is truly all about, and this requires also patience. Though surprised JESUS CHRIST did not castigate HIS disciples on the account of their poor knowledge and understanding of HIMSELF and HIS work, rather he CASHED in upon that opportunity of their exhibition of ignorance to enlighten them with love about what they needed to know. A leader must understand his place and at the same time the place of his followers, this was again the case with JESUS. HE remained resolute and determined to pursue HIS GOD given assignment of imparting into HIS disciples an attitude of industry of hard work and knowledge acquisition that is strong enough to conquer the entire world. You do not achieve true success in leadership through violence, unforgiving tendencies or by intimidation, valued success is that success achieved through interest derivation IN work and IN performance. What motivates a leader in leadership is the overall interest of his people which in the first instance is in line with his vision and because they know that physical existence is temporal mandates them to mentor successive successors such that continuity may be sustained without hindrances. 7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. 8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one. 1 John 5:7-8 (KJV) Jesus Christ our lord and personal saviour did not enslave nor bully HIS disciples, HE mentored them with love and made them understand that HIMSELF, his father  the Holy Spirit and them were one.  The analogy can be likened to that of a vehicular spear tire, wherefore on demand the road traffic managers will never accept a brand new, tire, rim or a well gauged new tube for a spear tire because no singular one of these three alone can stand the value of need as in the immediate demand. Jesus Christ is GOD Almighty, He is the Holy Spirit [Comforter] as well and right here on earth we are as Jesus Christ as he is to HIS father, and to the Holy Spirit and as in agreement. A leader’s leadership if separated from the people is tyrannical and therefore unpopular and in effective to the way of the people, what Jesus Christ does or did is that HE always exposes the truth of any matter to HIS disciples whenever the need so arises and allowed them and their spirit to make their choices, this way they people become reasonable, responsible and logical in their reasoning. The spirit of a leader is in his leadership style and for his leadership style to become the spirit of the people, love, tolerance and forgiveness must be in the picture. This way, the leader’s leadership ideologies will become an iconic modem that is salable at any giving time. When and until such a time a leader in leadership attaches a personal interest demand condition to any task he needed the people to accept to perform like JESUS would say:-[15 If ye love me, keep my commandments] then one can say that the people are living the leadership way of life of a leader, because it takes love and understanding to be in commitment, who so ever delights in you will always attract your favor and this is the more reason Why leaders must allow their leadership style to conform with GOD’S standard, but is it possible to achieve 100o\o love of the people in leadership. South Africa, USA, FRANCE, SINGAPORE etc. are still enjoying the good will that came through their past visionary leaders who in their times passed through so many rough roads but yet maintained a reasonable pace in line with the real interest of the people . The joy in Godly leadership lays in its sustainability and dependability.  25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. 26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. 27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.        28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. As leaders we must know that mentoring is an ongoing phenomenon for as long as we remained in leadership, reason being not far from the fact that continuity of leadership at any given time is the life of the followers and the sustenance of the vision of the leader. Jesus Christ made double sure that HIS disciples not only understood HIM and what HE stood for, but with great love practiced same with such dexterity that over whelmed HIS antagonist. The perimeter for gauging the level of adherence to leadership directives lays in the ability of potential leaders or followers to function effectively in line with the policy of the leadership in place without supervision, intimidation or any form of threat. Even Judas Iscariot who betrayed Jesus Christ could not live long in the act hence he ended his life in such a dishonorable manners. A leadership that is doing well is that leader who has the mind of Jesus Christ. The question is what kind of leader are you, how does your leadership style affect the people, who is your mentor and what influenced you to have him in the capacity. Whereas you know now that repentance is as important and that you are yet to turn around please say this short prayers with me:- Jesus i love you, i know that i have not been the best that i am meant to be. GOD has no special interest in any race, class or distinction when it comes to issues that are relating to salvation, HE can deliver anybody not minding the past or present mistakes of such a person provided such person[s] displayed some high level of commitment towards obeying and listening to HIS given instructions. We often miss it when we begin to reason off hand about our capability to handle situations only to return blame to HIM after our failures. “House of Israel, can I not treat you as this potter [treats his clay]?”[This is] the Lord’s declaration. “Just like clay in the potter’s hand, so are you in my hand, house of Israel. Jeremiah 18:6. We act as if we own ourselves or that we live in a world that we’ve made by ourselves. GOD is the maker of all things and so has the inalienable right to handle us or treat the world the way HE pleases, Jeremiah was one type in prophets that GOD relates with graphically so HE took him to the potters place and asked him to stay and observe. While he was waiting and watching, he noticed that the potter was using the clay of the same color, texture and size to produce different kind of shapes and sizes of pots and most interestingly the potter gathered one of the damaged pot in the course of producing and molded it into another different shape away from what it was originally, so HE asked Prophet Jeremiah, ”have I no right to mold the people of Israel into any size, shape or style even in the full knowledge of the fact that the same way this clay is in the potters hand, so are the people of Israel in my hands too”. If we understood the chemistry going on between the potter and the clay we will know that the clay had no other option except to yield to the desire of the potter, our submission to GOD must be nothing less than 100% if we must begin to experience HIS all-time presence. Limitation is of self not of GOD and that is the very reason why we as Christians are being discouraged from working by sight. It is not a matter of ability or strength rather it lies in submitting and obeying the word of GOD just as it is spoken, the clay has no powers nor any intention whatsoever to challenge any decision arrived at by the potter, finished or unfinished the clay shall always stay by the good decision adopted by the potter.  9 But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me.  10 So because of Christ, I am pleased in weaknesses, in insults, in catastrophes, in persecutions, and in pressures. For when I am weak, then I am strong. 2 Cor 12:9-10 (HCSB).
world; Apostle Paul sure had an open soar in the leg that refused to heal and as a super Apostle, it is to The weaker we are in Christ Jesus, the stronger we appear in the outer body and before the eye of the him an embarrassment and he expects GOD to do something about it by way of healing urgently. But lo and behold GOD saw it differently because it does not lie in human strength to discharge HIS assignment. David saw Goliath as nothing; while others were running away from him he was approaching him with power from the inside and of cause got him killed and brought home the long awaited deliverance unto the people of Israel. Your present state of health, finance or any social appellation has little or nothing to do with the way GOD wants to relate with you unless you are not committed and dedicated to HIM. Without revelation people run wild, but one who keeps the law will be happy. Proverbs 29:18. Apostle Paul gloried in his state, David gloried in his strength, Sheldrake, Meshach and Abednego, Daniel name them, all gloried in their times and in their states because they came to the realization of the fact that their strength comes from the inside and therefore cannot be afraid or bothered for any reason at all. A genuine spirit filled Christian is a visionary leader, Vision is an abstract picture of what does not exist in the physical and it is the driving force behind any Christian journey. It keeps a child of GOD away from distraction, faithlessness and in focus disorder. Apostles of Jesus Christ of the old foreknew this much and built upon it to do much exploit in HIM. 8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, and your ways are not my ways.”[This is] the Lord’s declaration.  9 “For as heaven is higher than earth, so my ways are higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts .Isaiah 55:8-9 (HCSB). Following HIM can never lead you astray, Aaron was the elder brother of Moses, he knew the a topography of the desert place more than Moses but when he asked the Israelites to divert to a likely water log area, Aaron never interfered because he believed that GOD was in the lead. How we see things differ from GOD’s ways, what we owe him is our absolute trust, not our absolute ability or anything we might make out. No matter the challenge HE will still remain with you if you do remain with HIM. In my early days in HIS vineyard we were faced with accommodation problem for the church so we decided to raise fund, preparation was excellent, the right guest, right venue was sort so we had no reason to fear in fact we were congratulating each other but we forgot to pray that these guest be touched to drop the money that is needed. At the end we failed to raise the Money required. But in a none elaborate simple church service held in our place of worship we got much more than we ever expected. That is the reason why HE is no man and cannot reason or operate like man. 11 so My word that comes from My mouth will not return to Me empty, but it will accomplish what I please, and will prosper in what I send it [to do].” Isaiah 55:11 (HCSB). It is important that a Christian re-aliased this fact and begin to rejoice in it. We pray in other to know the mind of GOD, claim HIS promises and run along with it. When a Christian is privileged to hear from GOD, fear will disappear because GOD will never disappoint. That is the great difference between HIM and other gods, sometime ago a brother in Christ was faced with a challenge that brought his faith in GOD into a serious trial, his sick [widow] mother was rendered homeless in a heavy rain storm that removed the roof of their house in the village. To make the matter worse this young man who has been faithful and committed in his assigned responsibility in the Church lost his job not quiet long, as he sat before me in council I got the confirmation immediately from the holy spirit of GOD that this was a pure test of his faith in Christ Jesus, so I Council him in line with that vision and he believed me. Weeks later while in his apartment alone one after noon a strange woman knocked at his door and as expected he attended to the woman and redirected her to the house where she was meant to be but this woman took delight in the way and manner he attended to her and returned after seeing her host to say thank you. In the cause of their interactions the woman discovered that he had no job so cards were exchanged. Unknown to the young man, that August visitor was married to an ambassador who is living far away in an oversea country and had requested that papers be made for him to meet up and start a readymade job, in addition a substantial amount of money was given to him to settle her mother, including fixing the damaged roof. This became the new story all over the place. HIS promises can never be short changed no matter the circumstance. 3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God, looking on the light, saw that it was good: and God made a division between the light and the dark, Gen 1:3-4 (BBE). Because HE has spoken weather and times will have no other choice than to obey, what GOD Said you will become must come to past no matter what even your enemy may think concerning it. If it will not happen then it will not be spoken of in the first place, this is the hope that produces our faith in HIM.  13 For it is God who is the cause of your desires and of your acts, for his good pleasure. Phil 2:12-13 (BBE) He knows our needs and does never hesitate in giving it to us unless it is established that we have issues with our righteousness in HIM as HE will never allow what is prepared for men’s consumption be passed unto dogs. 13 And he put out his hand to him and said, it is my pleasure; be clean. And straight away his disease went from him .Luke 5:13 (BBE). The power of GOD is reliable, it is also infallible. What HE makes, HE made, He does not make excuses neither does shift blames. If any man dares come to HIM with pure hearth then that one is in safe hands. DO YOU NEED HIM IN YOUR LIFE NOW, Irrespective of the challenge[s] before your very eye. Maybe your case is beyond human comprehension, there is hope if you will obey and say this simple prayers; O! LORD MY GOD, I HAVE RETURNED BACK TO YOU HAVING GONE ASTRAY FOR SO LONG, FORGIVE ME MY SINS AND CLEANSE ME OF ALL MY INQUITIES, CAUSE YOUR SPIRIT TO INDWELL IN ME FOREVER IN JESUS NAME. LET US PRAY, dear lord thank you for this day. Your children are here to hear you, l will not be seen Jesus will, I will not be heard, Holy Spirit will be heard and at the end your name will be glorified through Christ Jesus our lord Amen! , 7 Only take heart and be very strong; take care to do all the law which Moses my servant gave you, not turning from it to the right hand or to the left, so that you may do well in all your undertakings Jus.1:2. There are basically three outstanding aspects to consider when discussing faith, scripturally faith is evidence of what is hoped for and certain of what we do not see. Faith is doing it is not a wishful thinking, a working class has hope that at the end of the term of their agreement a wage shall be seceded. This is commitment; it is work and also trusts [Assurance], GOD spoke to the people of Israel to work in line with the order of Moses, HE knew that perilous times shall sometimes befall them; HE also knew that what will sustain them is their stay of focus to their already known destiny purpose. Any nation that is moving without a well spelt out motive or intention of purpose is simply grouping in the dark, GOD’s specific saying to HIS people teaches us as a people to always stay focused to the cross given to us to carry. What that may imply further is for us to first and foremost have a clear understanding of who we are, what we needed and how to go about it, some people mistake possibility for ability. 20 And he says to them, Because of your little faith: for truly I say to you, If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, Be moved from this place to that; and it will be moved; and nothing will be impossible to you .Matt 17:20 (BBE)
Possibility is simply the manifestation of trust, commitment and doing and that is why I am used to saying that possibility is past that is made present, having the ability is a mere potentiality that can only perform when enabled therefore we can  cannot equate faith into ability based principal of understanding. Acquiring faith in GOD is a process that is processed over time through paying an undivided attention to HIS given instructions, the more we obeyed HIM is the more HE attends to our needs in time and as required and the more our needs are met in HIM the more our trust, commitment and obedient grows in HIM. 6 And then let themselves be turned away, it is not possible for their hearts to be made new a second time; because they themselves put the Son of God on the cross again, openly shaming him
Heb 6:5-6 (BBE). Impossibility as of GOD is a mirage without faith, and that simply means no relationship no deal, you cannot deny a friend and continue to deny a friend and yet turn around to accuse same friend of severe neglect, if anything you are the one due to be accused of neglect. Though HIS awesomeness is there but its availability is only for them that recognizes HIS souverignity as the father of all nations. 14 And flight will be impossible for the quick-footed, and the force of the strong will become feeble, and the man of war will not get away safely: Amos 2:14 (BBE). The take away herein is so much reliable and in line with the augment on parade that an unbeliever in the ability and sovereignty of GOD cannot benefit from the pool of blessings that HE has in offer for those who love and believe in HIM. An Igbo parable says that “What killed the mighty man is the over trust that he has put upon himself before the feeble” this is what it is to the unbelievers because they reasons with their head and not their hearth, also they work by sight and not by the spirit, consequently they fail due to their own self trust. 10 Now then, you wise, take note; you men of knowledge, give ear to me. Let it be far from God to do evil, and from the Ruler of all to do wrong. Job 34:10 (BBE) GOD can never fail, HE also can never deny HIMSLF, this is the hope that every believer has in offer for nobody would follow without a convincing evidence in place.  Despite the many challenges before job he still had the ordercity to proclaim the name of GOD to the bewilderment of his evil minded councilors in such a firm manner because he knows the GOD whom he served. Your personal encounter with GOD is the proof of evidence of trust you have in him, you may hear stories of things or persons but your countenance changes forth with after coming face to face with the one or thing you’re being told or talked to about, even our lord Jesus Christ admonished HIS disciples to tarry in Jerusalem until the received confirmation of their callings before setting out to war against the devil. 9 And Moses said these words to the children of Israel, but they gave no attention to him, because of the grief of their spirit and the cruel weight of their work. Ex 6:9 (BBE) Job could have renounced his faith in GOD for what we may see as obvious reason from the eye of the world saved for his strong believe in the very GOD that he personally knows, but the people of Israel did not do likewise because of what they claim to be passing through which gave the right of prove to the word of GOD that says that if our faith should faint in the time of trouble is an indication that we have very little or no faith in the first place. 6 The memory of my song comes back to me in the night; my thoughts are moving in my heart; my spirit is searching with care. Psalms 77:6 (BBE). A faithless nation is a fearfully frighten frustrated nation who cannot relay nor have confidence in themselves, king David captured it in one word, which is “MY SPIRIT IS SERCHING FOR CARE “ what is the true state of  your mind now, Is your spirit searching for care?, do you know that the world and everything in it can hardly provide you with such care that you needed?. You need JESUS CHRIST right now, in  HIM there is Love, love that guarantee’s trust, trust that guarantee’s commitment, commitment gurantee's  faith, faith that guarantee’s the much need care that you are clamoring for. Simply say these prayers now:-Dear Jesus come into my hearth, I have wondered away in search of my way, kindly accept me back and reconcile me within your fold .Thank you lord for accepting me.
